heathrow to St Pancras

Been reading the boards and making reservation on Eurostar today London to Paris and return. I have to travel to Paris same day as landing in London.

2 quick questions?

2.If I land at 9:45am at Heathrow, can I make an 11:05 train easily or is it too risky ?

1.What is the fastest transport from Heathrow to Pancras? Cost? Other Options?

Thanks in Advance!

You may have better luck posting this on the London Forum although someone may pop up here who knows.

Answer to question 2. is no.

You need to check in for Eurostar 30 minutes before departure, so 10.35am. You will be lucky if you have made it through immigration and if you have baggage picked that up and be out of the terminal by 10.30am (assuming the flight is not delayed).

When you post on the London forum tell them which terminal you will be arriving at or if you do not know which airline you are flying.

As above, you cannot make it. Get a later train time. I would get a 2pm onwards train.

Fastest way from Heathrow to St Pancras is by Heathrow Express to Paddington and change to Circle/District line to St. Pancras/Kings Cross station.

As others have said you will definitely not have time to get to St Pancras Station for the 11.05 train.

Fastest way is to get the Heathrow Express to Paddington and then change on to the underground for St Pancras (either Circle or Hammersmith %26amp; City Line). www.tfl.gov.uk gives a journey time of about 45 minutes.

Alternatively, you could take the underground directly from Heathrow to St Pancras on the Picadilly line. No way near so fast, but no changes to make (you will have a number of escalators and stairs to negotiate with your luggage) - estimated time on the website is 1 hour 4 minutes.
