Buying a Nintendo Wii in Paris ?

Hi all,

I am off to Paris via Eurostar before christmas and would like to buy a Wii as a Christmas present (no stock in the Uk).

Just wondering if there were any likely stores in Paris I should try?

You could always try Surcouf, an enormous computer store (139, Av. Daumesnil). There are other (smaller) computer shops in the vicinity (rue Montgallet, rue de Charenton).

Try the French branches of Game - identical setup to those in the UK. You%26#39;ll need to pick up a figure 8 cable (like those for radios) once you get back to the UK for the power supply. I did the same when PS2s were in short supply in the UK. Also try the Virgin Megastore or branches of FNAC.

The only problem is that there seems to be a shortage of Wiis in both Europe and the USA.

There are a ton of them on eBay.
