Hi, I am hoping to take my husband for the first time to Paris for a very special birthday early next year. Can someone plse recommend a nice hotel (maximum 4 star rating) ideally located to see the key sights? Littre and Splendid Etoile been mentioned.
Thx

We stayed at Splendide Etoile last year and it was excellent. Location is A+, 20 steps from Metro station that serves more than one line. Quality of rooms and bath are very high. We stayed in SUite 606 which has a stunning view of the Arc and a nice Eiffel Tower view to boot. There are many reviews of the hotel and they are accurate in my opinion. The concierge is outstanding as well. You won%26#39;t be disappointed.

The Hotel Esmeralda is magical if you don%26#39;t mind it being old fashioned and not very prissy. It is directly across from Notre Dame, which is the best thing of all! We went there for our honeymoon and the location and %26quot;old%26quot; style of the hotel were perfect for an unforgettable stay.

I%26#39;d head straight to the Madison. It%26#39;s on the Blvd. St-Germain, right across from the church and the métro station. It%26#39;s officially rated as a 3* because it doesn%26#39;t have full room service, but in all other ways it%26#39;s a 4*. Ask for a corner room on the front, with a view of the church. The hotel is set back behind a small square with trees, and there%26#39;s no street noise because of double-glazed windows.

I stayed at the Hotel Nepoleon, half a block from the Arc. It%26#39;s a 4 star hotel. Read my and other reviews on this site. Go to search and place name of the hotel. Great hotel, great location.
