travel from Toulouse to Bagneres du Luchon

Hi, Can anyone tell me how I can get from Toulouse to Bagneres du Luchon. Is train or bus best? and how frequent are they?

The best website for checking trains is the German railways site http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en It looks like there is one through train about 7.30am, otherwise train to Montrejeau-Gourdan-Polignan and a connecting bus. It takes just over 2 hours, about 7 services a day. Incidentally, I typed Bagneres de Luchon as the destination and it tried to send me to Bagneres de Bigorre - the station is just %26#39;Luchon%26#39;.
