We are thinking of staying in Giverny or Vernon the night before we fly out of CDG (coming from Normandy). Our plane leaves from CDG at 1400 on a Sunday. Can anyone estimate the drive time from Giverny to CDG on a Sunday morning in August? or is it just too anxiety-provoking to stay so far away? mappy says it%26#39;s 1.5 hours, though I%26#39;m not sure if that counts traffic. If I allow 3 hours would that be sufficient? I cannot thank you all enough for all of your help!

Anyone have an answer to this??? Also interested. Thanks

Three hours should certainly be sufficient; it took us only two to drive to Petit Andelys, which is some distance on from Giverny. Traffic on a Sunday morning, even in August, should not be too bad. You could try viamichelin.com in addition to mappy.com.

You%26#39;ll be fine. Have a great trip!
