Restaurant suggestions in the 5th near our hotel

We will be staying at the Hotel College de France, 7 rue Thenard in the Latin Quarter. We are looking for moderately priced casual restaurants. We also do not eat any part of an animal that was used in its digestion or thought processes. Beef, chicken, fish, pork, seafood are fine. Liver, kidneys, brains. etc. are out.

Any and all ideas are welcome.

You need a menu translator - that way you can learn some of the words for meat parts that you DON%26#39;T want.

There are lots of places to eat in the 5th - enter %26quot;restaurants%26quot; and %26quot;Latin Quarter%26quot; in the forum search to raise up the threads..

We don%26#39;t want those %26#39;parts%26#39; either, so we eat steak, roast chicken, seafood, Italian, Chinese, salads, veggies, pastries..Haven%26#39;t gone hungry yet.

Ok then avoid FOIE, FOIE GRAS, LANGUE, RIS, ROGNONS, CERVELLE, TRIPES and you should be OK. Menus come in English in most restaurants and in the 5th there are tons of moderate restaurants for people who do not like to venture out.
