avignon hotel

Has anyone stayed at Hotel Boquier? We are looking for inexpensive accommodations for May 2008. We will not have a car so we need a good location to get around.

I can%26#39;t vouch for the accommodations themselves, but the location is superb - right off the main street in downtown Avignon. Four people reviewed the hotel on TripAdvisor. One said it was mosquito ridden, but the other three liked it.

Thanks, I did read the reviews. I wonder if anyone else had mosquito problems. Can you recommend any other similar hotel as an alternate?

We have stayed at Hotel Boquier several times. I consider it the best of the low cost options, centrally located, modest yet clean, and the owners are a genuinely kind and helpful couple.

I could recommend this hotel as well but overall I prefer H. Boquier:
