Looking for advice for village/ ski access trois vallees

Hello!

We are planning a ski trip with another couple for this winter. The men like the super steeps- stuff I peer down and have to look away to breathe. (Usually I am only looking up it because there is no other way down...)The other wife and I like more moderate terrain, some off piste and bumps if they are not too hard or icy, otherwise we are pretty much advanced intermediate cruisers.

What are the areas like, and where would we find access to either type of terrain without several lift rides to get to where we will all like to ski?

hi ,you could try the resort of Saint-martin-de-belleville which is part of the Trois Vallee%26#39;s ski area,it has slopes of its own and is also directly linked to the slopes accessing Meribel and the rest of the ski area, also being a satellite village of the Trois Vallee%26#39;s it should provide slightly cheaper accomadation.

hope this is of use

many regards

I would recommend La Tania. It is a smaller resort in an ideal spot. For the guys it has easy access to all 3 valleys for as much scary skiing as they can handle, and for the ladies it has a challenging blue and a beautiful long scenic green down into the village. I have stayed there twice in very mixed ability groups and it has been perfect.
