Hotel for next week

Hi,

I%26#39;m going to be in Aix next week from Dec 5th and checking out the 9th (4 nights). Can anyone recommend a hotel to stay at that might still have rooms available? I need it to be as close to city center as possible, as I don%26#39;t have a car. It doesn%26#39;t have to be crazy nice, but I%26#39;d like to get one as nice as possible for less than $100 (like 70 euros). I%26#39;d also be willing to stay in a hostel.

I checked the Aix tourism website, and saw some hotels that looked interesting. But if the description says %26quot;5mn from city center%26quot; does that mean 5 minutes walking or driving?

Hi I stayed in this one in September, very clean and comfortable, newly renovated I think, nice staff. Cost was 59 euros a night for a single room. About ten minutes walk from the town centre. I wrote a review for TA which you should be able to find, too.
