transport strikes

What is the current status on public transport in paris. Are they still on strike or are services much reduced

Just spoke to a colleague of mine who lives in Paris. I inquired about the strikes as well (because I will be traveling over there for work next week) and he said strikes are over and not to worry. That being said...I%26#39;ve read they could go on strike again in mid december.

Talks started last Wednesday. What happens next is anybody%26#39;s guess.
