Hotel Jeanne d'Arc - any recent stays?

So much information!

My husband and I will be staying in Paris for about 2 1/2 days in April. I%26#39;ve been reading about every clean, reputable, clean, affordable hotel on this site.

I%26#39;ve recently come across Hotel Jeanne d%26#39;Arc, 3 Rue de Jarente. This one seems really promising. Has anyone stayed there recently or have you heard anything about it?

Any news would be great.

There is another %26quot;hotel Jeanne d%26#39;Arc%26quot; in the 13th arr, so maybe you clicked on that one by mistake.. Be sure you book the one in the 4th as it is the one everyone likes..
